The Steering Committee
WLACAC's Steering Committee consists of dedicated activists from various backgrounds. The committee brings together expertise in advocacy, conservation, community preparedness, marketing, human resources, and more. They lead the organization's essential functions, including facilitating monthly meetings and events, mission and vision setting, financial management, partnerships, action planning, and government outreach. Remarkably, 75% of our Steering Committee members have been with the organization since its inception.
